Diffuse and Nonlinear Imaging for In Vivo Monitoring of Tumor Vascular Structure and Function

Abstract

We present a novel preclinical imaging technique called Diffuse and Nonlinear Imaging (DNI), which combines Multiphoton Microscopy (MPM) with Spatial Frequency Domain Imaging (SFDI) to provide spatially coregistered datasets of tumor vascular structure and function.
