Multimodal Optical Spectroscopy of Functional and Molecular Changes in Tumors after Radiation Therapy

Abstract

We present functional and biomolecular changes in head and neck tumor xenografts when exposed to radiation therapy and discuss how these changes can be used to monitor tumor response to therapy.
