Ensemble deep learning for breast cancer segmentation in optical coherence tomography (OCT) images

Abstract

An ensemble deep learning technique was developed for segmenting breast cancer in optical coherence tomography (OCT) images from two imaging systems and is trained on B-scan and en-face images to yield improved predictions.
