Abstract

Malignant breast lesions manifest in a variety of shapes and configurations. Here we propose an algorithm utilizing anisotropic-tumor-prior guided diffuse optical tomography (DOT) reconstructions to recover an unknown tumor’s orientation and shape anisotropy.
