Use of photoacoustic spectroscopy to evaluate photosensitizer penetration into dentin

Abstract

Photodynamic Therapy has been used in dental carious lesions treatment. Erythrosine penetration into sound and decayed dentin was measured by photoacoustic spectroscopy. Besides, Raman spectroscopy was effective for evaluating the spectral response of dentin.
