Abstract

We developed a stand-alone multi-distance multi-wavelength diffuse correlation spectroscopy able to simultaneously measure tissue optical proprieties and blood flow, by taking advantage of both the light intensity decay over source-detector separations and the autocorrelation at three wavelengths.
