Oblique scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (oSLO) allows simultaneous retinal fluorescence tomography with optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We have developed a novel volumetric retinal fluorescence imaging method termed oblique scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (oSLO). By using a method of oblique illumination and angled detection, oSLO achieved simultaneous fluorescent tomography with optical coherence tomography.
