Abstract

We report highly efficient perovskite LEDs enabled through the formation of self-assembled, nanometer-sized crystallites. The external quantum efficiency reached 10.4% for CH3NH3PbI3-based LEDs and 9.3% for CH3NH3PbBr3-based LEDs.
