Abstract

The correlation between the terminal electrical noise (TEN) and the optical noise (FM and AM noise) has for the first time been measured in a two-section distributed-Bragg-re flee tor laser. For this laset tire terminal noise i n the active section (tena) and in the passive section (TENp) were negatively correlated.
