Abstract

Resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization (REMPI) spectroscopy has provided new insights into the structure of chlorine-substituted1,2 and fluorine-substituted3 methyl radicals. In this paper we report the observation of the first electronic spectra of the difluoromethyl radicals CHF2 and CDP2.
