Experimental Study of the Spectral and Angular Solar Irradiance

Abstract

We have developed an experimental procedure to measure spectro-angular solar irradiance for accurate prediction and optimization of bifacial solar power plants. Our measurements show strong spectro-angular irradiance variations dependent on location, surroundings and cloud coverage.
