Abstract

Here we explored the feasibility of using fiber-based speckle contrast optical spectroscopy (SCOS) for flow measurements. We demonstrated the viability of fiber based SCOS for measuring speckle contrast of phantoms and determining the Brownian diffusion coefficient.
