Data Compression of Time-lapse Optical Coherence Tomography Images Based On Low-rank Plus Sparse Reconstruction

Abstract

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a promising candidate for observing dynamic processes via time-lapse imaging. We suggested that a faithful recovery of the dynamic signals could be achieved based on a low-rank plus sparse (L+S) reconstruction of under-sampled data.
