Abstract

We present our recent progress on a super-fast photoacoustic microscopy with an ultra-wide field of view. By using a novel polygon mirror scanner that can be immersed in water, we have achieved a B-scan frame rate of 1000 Hz with a scanning range of at least 13 mm. Hemodynamic responses in the whole mouse brain and ear were imaged.
