o Imaging for military and civilian surveillance. A review of the civilian security camera market, and a market estimate of the U.S. DOD acquisitions of imaging systems for its military needs. The worldwide market for high-value electro-optic (EO) sensors for military applications appears to be between $3B and $9B, with a "best guess at about $6 billion, assuming that the worldwide market is 2X the U.S. procurements. This values includes uses for vehicles and missiles, but not those used by the foot soldier.
