Linearly variable filters fabricated by magnetron sputtering technology

Abstract

In this paper, we present the fabrication of linearly variable filters deposited by magnetron sputtering, using a Bühler HELIOS machine. Filters present a continuous shift of the central wavelength from 500 nm to 900 nm over 10 mm aperture.
