Angularly tunable bandpass filter: design, fabrication and characterization

Abstract

We demonstrate an angularly tunable bandpass filter. Central wavelength is changed from 970 nm down to 880 nm when angle of incidence is change from 0 to 50°. Design, fabrication and characterization procedures are presented.
