Metal dielectric grating with high laser damage threshold

Abstract

A new 800nm center-wavelength metal dielectric grating with all SiO2 grating structures is designed and tested, which has a high laser damage threshold of 0.40J/cm2 on grating surface at pulse duration of 32fs.
