An InAs/InP quantum dot C-band coherent comb laser

Abstract

We have developed InAs/InP quantum-dot 34.462-GHz C-band coherent comb laser modules with low relative intensity and phase noises over its filtered 45 channels, which can be used for data center and coherent communication systems.
