Abstract

A Silicon Photonic 1x16 Mach-Zehnder-based demultiplexer is presented. The device shows insertion loss values lower than 1.5dB and channel isolation of ~20dB. A phase noise analysis is also presented showing the different statistics of intra-die and inter-die phase fluctuations.
