Abstract

Applications of integrated optical technology include construction of integrated optical memory. We have been studying the integration of holograms by using an optical waveguide.1,2 In this paper, we propose and demonstrate a novel method for constructing an Integrated hologram memory device capable of being electrically controlled to selectively read out stored pictorial information.
