Terahertz Amplitude Modulation in VO2 Single Crystal by Continuous Wave Laser

Abstract

Employing a VO2 single crystal thin film, we observe the transmitted terahertz signal decreases while the reflected terahertz signal increases, when increasing the continuous wave pumping laser illuminating onto the sample.
