Characterization of an integrated MOEMS scanning probe towards real-time Lissajous-based SS-OCT imaging for endoscopic applications

Abstract

The characterization of a MOEMS endoscopic OCT probe is presented. Its capacity to perform Lissajous scanning and OCT imaging confirms that the probe is able to produce 3D OCT images in real-time.
