Abstract
We propose a single-shot 3D fluorescence microscope that achieves large field-of-view and good resolution across a wide axial range. This is implemented by inserting a diffuser into the Fourier plane of the objective and solving an inverse problem. We show experimental 3D results of a freely-moving C. elegans nematode at 25 fps.
