Fourier-Domain Light-Field Microscopy

Abstract

We report a new type of light-field microscopy, allowing volumetric recording in the Fourier domain and rapid reconstruction using a wave-optics algorithm. We demonstrate the method by 3D particles tracking and imaging various biological samples.
