Abstract

Quantitative oblique back-illumination microscopy (qOBM) is a phase-contrast technique that uses back-scattered light as a trans-illumination source. By changing illumination parameters, we probe different regions in the spatial frequency domain, allowing us to improve effective resolution with multiple captures.
