Polarization rotation during nonlinear propagation of fully-structured optical beams

Abstract

The polarization distribution of fully-structured light beams is heavily modified by cross-phase modulation in Kerr media. The polarization state can rotate and be controlled from radial through spiral to azimuthal using nonlinear propagation.
