Bending photoluminescence study of 2D layered GaSe

Abstract

Light emission property of 2D layered GaSe of different curvature has been investigated using bending photoluminescence experiment in the curvature range between R−1=0.00 m−1 and R−1=30.28 m−1 under upward bending condition herein.
