Abstract

Two-dimensional (2D) organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites have strong spin-orbit coupling (SOC) leading to the Rashba splitting effect. In this talk, we will explain how doping and structure affect exciton and free-carriers in 2D perovskite thin films.
