Broad band ultrafast response vertical phototransistors based on perovskite / quantum dot hybird

Abstract

Vertical field effect phototransistors (VFEpTs) based on methylammonium lead halide perovskite / PbS quantum dot (QD) hybrid were design and fabricated. VFEpTs exhibit an broadband and ultrafast photoresponse, as well as a high photoresponsivity.
