Terahertz Photothermoelectric Detection Based on Three-Dimensional Microporous Graphene p-n Junction

Abstract

A three-dimensional microporous graphene-based terahertz detector with a p-n junction configuration was fabricated by the simple annealing method, and significantly enhanced photothermoelectric response due to the formation of the p-n junction was demonstrated experimentally.
