Frequency upconverted single-mode subwavelength perovskite nanolaser

Abstract

We report the single-mode, high-quality, picosecond pulses laser from an individual subwavelength scaled perovskite nanocuboid. The upconverted lasing threshold is as low as 374 μJ/cm2 with temperature-insensitive optical gain and high characteristic temperature.
