Abstract

We report a sparse spectroscopic stimulated Raman scattering imaging which improves acquisition speed by an order of magnitude through randomly sub-sampling the spectroscopic image followed by a low-rank matrix completion algorithm, enabling label-free real-time metabolic imaging of fungal cells.
