Learning Biomarkers of Disease from Non-Invasive Measurements of Blood Flow

Abstract

Imaging techniques providing high resolution measurements of cortical blood flow can be used to characterize the state of the brain. Here we describe computational methods for processing measurements of blood flow to identify biomarkers of disease.
