Abstract

A review of our work in electronic-photonic co-design including integrated LiDAR for 3D imaging with 15μm resolution at 0.5m range, wideband optical synthesis, and integrated Pound-Drever-Hall stabilization achieving 25dB laser frequency noise reduction is presented.
