Acquisition, tracking and pointing system without independent fine beacon light

Abstract

We propose a pointing, acquisition and tracking (PAT) system without independent fine beacon for coherent receiver in inter-satellite optical communication, which is compatible with two modes: no beacon mode and no fine beacon mode.
