Phase aberration compensation in digital holographic microscopy using regression analysis

Abstract

In digital holographic microscopy, phase aberration, including the tilt and quadratic aberration, affects the visualization and measurement of the quantitative phase of the object. Here we propose a regression-based method to compensate the phase aberration.
