Using digital Zernike phase-contrast for the focus-plane detection of pure phase objects analyzed with DHM

Abstract

We propose to use digital Zernike phase-contrast and two criteria to find the focus plane of pure phase objects. We present the simulation results of the method where the focus is well detected.
