Fabrication of Three-dimentional SERS Substrate in Microfluidic Chip for Label-free Dopamine Sensing

Abstract

Three-dimentional (3D) SERS substrate was fabricated by layer-by-layer assembly of Ag nanostars, which provides greatly enhanced SERS signal and enables the label-free detection of dopamine in serum environment with the limit of detection of 0.1nM.
