Abstract

An effective asymmetric insulator/metal/insulator electrode for high efficiency organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) is proposed. The proposed structure has quasi-plasmonic bandgap property in the blue visible wavelength region, and enhances the efficiency of blue OLEDs.
