Application of bioluminescence for the drug discovery to rickets caused by gene mutation of vitamin D receptor

Abstract

There is no suitable medicine for rickets caused by mutation of vitamin D receptor (VDR). In the present study, we found the promising new compounds for this disease using bioluminescence assay.
