Suppression of Back-Side Reflections With Broadband Elastomeric Light Trap

Abstract

Using elastomeric material and a broadband absorber, we detail a method for broadband suppression of Fresnel reflections from the backside of transparent substrates. Applications include spectroscopic ellipsometry, holography, and lithography.
