Vibrational Spectroscopic Preliminary Study of Blood and Its Components in Mice

Abstract

Spectroscopic study of blood and serum of the mice strains produced from progenitors C57BL/6J and DBA/2J for identifying biomarkers is underway. A preliminary study shows that multivariate spectral analyses discriminate the mice with their ages.
