Abstract

High harmonic generation in acetone was used to generate EUV harmonics spanning 10-30 eV, with a flux of 1.5×106 ph/pulse/harmonic near 17 eV. Polarization gating with filtering was used to generate an isolated 2.6 fs pulse spanning 16-18 eV.
