Abstract

Surface plasmons radiation modes, responsible for structure-dependent energy loss, are studied by modulation-polarization spectroscopy in SnO2 films depending on production technology. Amplitude decrease ρ(λ) is associated with precursor concentration increase in films production initial solution.
