Photonics techniques applied to the characterization of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers to be employed as drug delivery system (DDS)

Abstract

We have characterized PAMAM dendrimers by Raman and UV-VIS spectroscopy. Those experiments showed the spectroscopic behavior of dendrimer chemical groups at different pH. This will help to a better understanding of drug-dendrimer interactions.
