Demonstration of 37-W All-Fiber 980-nm Superfluorescent Fiber Source

Abstract

A 37-W all-fiber 980-nm superfluorescent fiber source is firstly demonstrated in experiment, to the best of our knowledge. The slope efficiency is about 38.7% with the 3-dB bandwidth about 4.5 nm.
