Abstract
The Supercontinuum (SC) sources shifted towards UV and visible wavelength regions find applications in optical coherence tomography, optical communication, optical sensing, ultra-short pulse generation, and metrology [1, 2]. In general, SC is the consequence of interplay between various nonlinear processes such as self-phase modulation, four wave mixing, Raman induced self-frequency shift, soliton fission and higher order dispersion in the fiber.
