LiNbO3 waveguide Based Fourier Transform Spectrometer with Algorithmic Enhancement of Spectral Resolution

Abstract

A ssmall Fourier Transform spectrometer was prepared using a LiNbO3 waveguide EO modulator and its spectral resolution was effectively enhanced by extension of the measured intensity-vs-voltage interferogram based on the forward–backward linear prediction algorithm.
