Abstract

We demonstrate a Bragg modulator integrated on a lithium niobate-on-insulator platform with a footprint of 10×500 μm2 that operates at 56 Gbit/s. This electro-optic Bragg reflector has a DC tuning efficiency of 23.37±0.55 pm/V.
